Licensure & Geographic Scope

Clinical telehealth services — including medical consultations, prescriptions, and laboratory orders — are provided by Rhonda Rozell, NP, and are currently available only to clients located in Texas and Oklahoma, where she holds active licensure. Providing clinical services outside of licensed jurisdictions is prohibited by law.

Wellness programs, community membership, and general educational resources may be available to clients in other states and countries. Please contact us to discuss your specific location and needs.

Nature of Telehealth Services

Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means between a healthcare provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. Telehealth may be used for diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and patient education.

Limitations

Telehealth has potential benefits and limitations. In some cases, an in-person visit may be required. The provider may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and may refer you to in-person care.

Privacy & Security

All telehealth communications are conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms. While we take all reasonable precautions, no electronic transmission is completely secure. By participating in telehealth, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Emergency Situations

Telehealth services are not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
