Clinical telehealth services — including prescriptions, lab orders, and medical consultations — are currently available to clients in Texas and Oklahoma, where Rhonda Rozell, Nurse Practitioner, holds active licensure. Wellness programs, community membership, and educational resources are available more broadly. Please contact us to discuss your specific location.

What is the difference between a wellness program and clinical care?

Wellness programs (including the Silver membership) provide educational content, community support, and general wellness guidance. Clinical care (Gold and Platinum) includes direct provider consultations, lab orders, and personalized medical management within the scope of telehealth licensure.

Is my health information protected?

Yes. All clinical communications and health records are handled in compliance with HIPAA. We use HIPAA-compliant platforms for telehealth, messaging, and data storage.

Can I cancel my membership?

Silver memberships can be cancelled at any time. Gold and Platinum memberships have specific terms outlined at enrollment. Please review the Terms & Conditions or contact us for details.
